assessments & Testing
ki-hara and assisted stretching
Nate is a master Ki-Hara resistance stretching practitioner. Utilizing your own resistance, this technique allows the targeted muscle to be contracted and lengthened at the same time resulting in lasting mobility. He offers one-on-one 60 minute or 90 minute assisted stretching sessions.
Aldain is a certified Stretch Zone Practitioner and uses a comprehensive form of practitioner lead, assisted stretching. This allows clients to achieve a greater range of motion, enhance athletic performance and relieve over all stiffness and soreness! He offers one-on-one 60 minute assisted stretching sessions.
