He has a passion for movement, design, food and the outdoors. Nathan has dedicated his life to helping others achieve and exceed their fitness and lifestyle goals through his creative, purposeful, and compassionate coaching style.

Bess helps clients with their fitness goals using a multifaceted approach. By providing accountability, support, and information, Bess incorporates nutrition training, open discussion about goals, and encouraging one-on-one sessions.
Bess is certified in pre and postnatal fitness training, supporting clients towards a healthy pregnancy, healthy delivery, and a faster recovery after birth.
