Classes are a great way to break a sweat and not break the bank! Peak Fitness YYC offers multiple classes that are function-based and technique focused, allowing you to get the most out of your workout in fun and friendly environment. Our coaches and supportive community will be there with you every step of the way!

Lifting heavy things w/ Friends
Tuesdays, 7 p.m.
If you'd like to learn proper lifting techniques and attend a class where the instructor is focused on form - this one is for you! Bryce's classes are a perfect combination of interval and circuit training with technique focused heavy lifting.

LUNCH CRUNCH
Wednesdays, 12 p.m.
Looking for a way to make your Hump Day a bit better? Join Aldain for a bootcamp style class that is sure to get your heart pumping. You'll leave a little sweatier, but a whole lot happier!

FUNctional Fitness
Thursdays, 7 p.m.
Concepts and workouts rotate weekly and include pyramids, builders, lists, EMOMs, relays and team challenges. This class is never complete without a game component, putting the "fun" in functional!

Saturday, 9 a.m. Sandy Beach Park
Start your Saturday off on the right foot with an anything but ordinary run class! Routes and concepts change weekly and include relays, intervals, team challenges and more. This class runs year round - rain, shine or snow! Add a little play to your run routine and join the club!

Weekend intensive fitness camps. Indoor and outdoor workouts and challenges intended to jumpstart or level up your fitness for your next trip or favourite activity.
