WEEKEND fitness INTENSIVES

We’ve designed our basecamps to be a great jumpstart to any fitness journey or add some play to your current routine! We offer three camps per year: Spring, Fall and Winter with up to 10 hours of training per camp! We always have multiple options available for attendance to fit your schedule.  

MOVE. PLAY. PERFORM.

Each camp follows a similar schedule, but the workouts and challenges in each session are always evolving! Our head coach Nate, creates playful and fun concepts that emphasize functional training to increase fitness and challenge the mind.  

COMMUNITY

The camaraderie of our members is what really makes Basecamp special. Our space is inclusive to any fitness level – you will be supported and encouraged not only by the coaches but by those around you!

Next Basecamp: Winter – February 2 & 3, 2024

Are you ready to challenge yourself? Our winter basecamp is a great way to kick off the year: you will receive 6 hours of training consisting of group and individual activities, complete with a wintery outdoor component (don’t worry, you won’t be chilly for long!) and a fun social hour to wrap things up following our last session on Saturday. All ability levels are welcome! If you have never attended a basecamp before, this is the perfect introduction to our camps! 

2 days, 3 sessions: Friday 5-7 pm, Saturday 9-11 am and Saturday 2-4 pm. $135
